ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

Location: BIRMINGHAM

Hours: days/evenings/weekends

Wage : £16-18k

Our client is one of the UK's largest independently owned restaurant chain operators. With an impressive portfolio of over 230 stores this ever growing company comprises of four main brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and continued profitability of this busy restaurant. You will develop and implement strategies to increase the restaurants business. You will monitor recruitment, retention and development of staff. Carry out financial reporting. Most importantly you will be mentor and guide to your team, instilling the company ethos and standards at all times.To join one of the Tragus brands you will need passion, determination and show yourself as a service orientated manager who has a hands on approach to management. You will be experienced in the branded restaurant sector with relevant management experience
