HEAD CHEF
Location: BIRMINGHAM, WEST MIDLANDS
Hours: 40 PER WEEK, 5 OVER 7, DAYS & EVENINGS
Wage : £20,000-£30,000 PER ANNUM PLUS BONUSES, NEGOTIABLE

This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Appetite 4 Hotels who are operating as an employment agency. Must be friendly, enthusiastic, outgoing and confident, have a strong presence and positive attitude, be passionate about food, a good communicator, self motivating, well groomed and organised and be a good ambassador for restaurant. Must have experience in fast paced restaurant, have led a team of 6 or more, excellent records in Health and Safety and Food Hygiene, extensive experience in handling fresh food and experience of team building, recruiting other chefs and training. Must have basic computer skills, experience of financial control – GPs and labour costs, a basic understanding of kitchen equipment and tools and the ability to use own initiative. A good knowledge of Italian food is preferable.
