You must have City and Guilds 706 (catering) or NVQ equivalent, a food hygiene certificate and first aid certificate. Duties will include assisting the head chef in the day to day running of the kitchen and other duties of the day. This is for a prestigious five star hotel in the West End of London. This would be ideal for a newly qualified chef as a trainee position.
